Watch his video at ~3 minutes and pay attention to the women building the house, only at ~6mins will `Alistair` actually notice that the women became idle. 
* Choose **4** women to build a house.
* Choose **1** soldier to build a storehouse near the house.
* After the 4 women are done with the house, they automatically go to the storehouse to help constructing it, but once it is finished, the 4 women become idle. Only the soldier starts chopping wood.
