[Atlas] Improve unit selection options — at Initial Version

Description
Copy over unit selection methods from simulation to the editor.
- Double-clicking selects all similar units
- Band-boxing selection of units
- SHIFT+Click adds to already selected group
- CTRL+Click removes from already selected group
