    11Currently there's nothing in the GUI that indicates the phase ([I] village, [II] town, [III] city) of a civilization. I propose to add, at the ends of the band with the player's name, a badge with one, two or three lines depending on whether the civilization is in village, town or city phase, as shown in the screenshots below. The phase would also be added to the tooltip.
