     14  Nova features three levels or tiers of navigation. The first tier is the global menu which is seen across the entire WFG network (emphasis on "global"). The second tier is the main navigation placed underneath the header; it is a fully function drop down menu and also features a search box. The last tier of navigation happens to be a series of menus placed in the fat footer. This last tier acts as a site map, giving users access to any page, whenever they should need it.
