+ I've created a one-line table with three columns here to cover the whole page. The text is assigned to the respective border,alternatively centered. The text suitable to the section is displayed invisibly. This is needed as an anchor. I copied the text of this page into an editor and counted 1000 lines. Here in the example 3 navigation blocks are used, alternatively one after each topic block, so that you can jump to the beginning of each topic. In the navigation table, only extra cell(s) needed. The navigation is colored for demonstration purposes only, I personally would make it more reserved. And the **TOC** behind.\\
