Theme Finalization - Move non-standard CSS

Description

Currently, the Nova WordPress theme has all CSS in one file. This includes non-standard CSS. Though we need the non-standard CSS, this makes validation and inspection difficult. We should implement a mechanism to make the CSS easier to validate (perhaps by moving it to a special file?).

Ticket 1585 took care of combining the external CSS. And our theme style sheet is valid. So I guess this task is closed?
