The first image shows an issue with formations. The formation slots are roughly human sized, but boats and siege units need different formation handling.
The second image doesn't seem like a bug, it's just an animal decided to move and ran up to the building's obstruction. It looks odd, maybe we can change UnitAI to check for obstructions near the target before moving.
