Building foundations should clear actors

Description (last modified by Erik Johansson)

When placing a building foundation the actors in the area covered by the foundation are still there. This can cause graphical issues, especially with farm fields which doesn't cover the existing actors.

Not sure what you're referring to. To me it looks as in the screenshot I've attached, and I can't see any grass through the field.

Ah :) He said grass under, so I thought he referred to the texture :) But yeah, actors should probably be cleared by foundations :)

I like this idea. Seems to have a lot in common with #21 though. When we "flatten terrain" we should also clear decorative actors.
