game settings: random map, reveal map, Aegis Bot (Sandbox), map size for 3 players, 2 players, map filter default, Athenians

Built Bolt Shooter (with upgrade "Bolt Accuracy") > unpack unit > shoot to enemy

So it is an error in function "Bolt Accuracy". Without this upgrade: projectile fly to the enemy unit/building and hit.
