Using QuickStart transfers parameters to Atlas

Steps to reproduce :

1. Create a batch file for 0ad with those params

start C:\0AD\binaries\system\pyrogenesis.exe -quickstart -autostart="A" -mod=public

2. launch it : You will get a weird error message cause of the type of the map, even though it doesn't exist.
3. Launch the scenario editor via the menu : It will launch atlas with a 0ad window inside it.

Expected Output :

• Only "-mod=" params should be send to atlas
• Unknow maps should be recognized as such.
