Trigger-related stuff not reset when switching maps in the match setup

Description
Go in the match setup screen. Choose "Scenarios" > "Naval Maps" > "Treasure Islands". Then choose any other Scenario map (for example : "Belgian Bog Night") and start the match. You will see the trigger-related messages of Treasure Islands ("Collect all the treasures blablabla" and "You have collected a treasure!").
For more fun, repeat the operation but unassing the enemy AI before starting Belgian Bog. Then collect your treasures and the treasures of the enemy, you'll win the match ! \o/
This happens only when you switch maps that are in the same category. If you select Treasure Islands and then select a Skirmish map, it won't happen. But if you select "Random" > "Survival of the Fittest", and then an other map in the Random Maps category, you will have the "Next wave starts in 15 minutes!" messages.
So it looks like the trigger-related properties of the maps, including victory conditions, are not reset when you switch from a map to an other of the same category in the GUI, or something like this.
Also, this is a good occasion to notice that the "Options" window does not display a custom victory condition (it's always "Conquest" for Scenarios for example).

Moving to A17 since this doesn't sound good, probably some missing cleanup when switching maps.
