Garrison flag disappears when helepolis is moving

Description
- Garrison units in a siege tower. A garrison flag appears.
- Move the siege tower. The garrison flag disappears.
- Ungarrison a unit : the garrison flag appears again.
The garrison flag should always be visible on mechanical units, no matter if they are moving or not. I haven't checked with other units than the helepolis.

I can confirm this. I don't have a solution yet. One could be to let the garison flag on always... but it's not the best solution.
