Improve workers gathering resource transition

When you ask workers change the resource there are gathering, they trow away resources there are holding. For that problem, I propose two things:

  • They could automatically drop the resource they are holding to the nearest dropsite then going gather the new resource.
  • They can hold the last resource and gather the new resource till there are full. That could cause a display problem when gather a bit of four resources.

Or whenever dropping resources, drop them as a small treasure? (Obviously not an instant-gather and drop-off treasure.)
