Build instructions aren't sufficient for dealing with changes of the source root

Description

The build instructions at ​http://trac.wildfiregames.com/wiki/BuildInstructions#Linux don't explain how to deal with changes of the source root. After 

cd 0ad/build/workspaces
./update-workspaces.sh -j3
cd gcc
make -j3

the source still contains #include directives containing the old source root.
