[PATCH] Changing the trading gain with technology

Description
It would be nice to be able to change the trading gain with technologies. The attached patch does that by modifying the GainMultiplier.
The changes in this patch reduces the original trading gain by 10%, and increases it in two steps of 10% with technologies available at town phase and city phase respectively. The icon can/should of course be improved if somebody can help. This one is only a modified version of an amphora taken from openClipart.

I've attached a more complete version of the patch with also some rework of the other market techs. And the icon for the improved gain is temporarily switched to the already existing metal-pot one (although an amphora would be better for a trade icon, we need someone to do a good one).
