With two (and likely more) monitors, and with 0 A.D. set to fullscreen, it stretches the game across all displays http://i.imgur.com/Pw1XtHh.jpg

What OS?

That is also somewhat wanted, though it might be nice to have an option. That however depends on SDL2 which wasn't the default for *nix in A18.

This is in Arch Linux, and I have SDL 1 and 2 (both versions are a requirement for different packages)

Yes, but the package is built against SDL1, which has some issues that could or could not be resolved in SDL2. So building the game against that and reporting if that fixes it would be nice. (Also doing so with the svn version since that includes quite some bugfixes. See BuildInstructions.)
