[PATCH] Flying celtic swordsmen

If you move sword champions in formation, some of them will run eventually. However running british swordchampions have a weird animation. It is the same as the walk animation, but played slower, resulting in those guys making one actual step while being moved like 30m forwards.
Reproduce:
- Start a game with a celtic civ (britons, gauls)
- Build a fortress, set a rallypoint and produce some swordsmen
The swordsmen will be spawned out of formation. Thus some of them will run to get into formation.
That is the only model I noticed where this problem is really significant.
If you do it in singleplayermode, you can reduce the game speed to 0,1x to better observe the situation.
You can identify the running champions as they raise their sword.

Yes, works for me too, thanks for the patch :)
By searching for name="run"
in that directory, we can see that some other actors also have a small run value. I checked ingame but couldn't really notice that issue with those. Presumably some of the animations have a different animation speed too.
Would be nice to actually fix this in a19 as britons are one of the most played civs and those champions one of the most produced units. (The gif only shows one or two guys, but I remember seing the whole group fly too).
