Description
Several structures use English names instead of translations:
- Palisade (okay, yes, stolen from French)
- Wooden Tower
- Hellenic Royal Stoya (Athenian/Spartan Stoa - what's a Stoa?)
- Outpost (of the form 'xxxx Outpost') for the following civilizations:
- Britons
- Carthagians
- Gauls
- Iberians
- Carthagian Embassies
- Persian Gate of Ishtar
- Wonders for the following civilizations:
- Britons/Gauls (debatable)
- Carthagians
- Mauryans
- Persians
- Ptolemies
- Seleucids

Sorry, I should have described it better.
Normally, structures display names of the form XXXX (YYYYY), where XXXX is the name of the building in the given culture's language, and YYYYY is the name of the building in the player's language. In the cases I've outlined, the XXXX portion is also in English (when playing with the language set to English, at least), instead of the given culture's language. This gets a little bizarre in the Palisade case, because it shows Palisade (Wooden Wall)...

XXXX is the specific name. This can indeed be a translation of the name for that culture. But for some words, we don't know a translation, and it's some English form indeed. But for other categories (like animals or trees), it's never a translation to the culture's language. So I don't really see a problem here.
I don't see an issue here, most of those are prefectly traslated (to Dutch in my case), and the other ones will be updated in the next translation update.
