Aura icons in SoD shouldn't be shown

When the aura range of a hero is bigger than his vision range, and the hero affects units/buildings that can be in the FoW or SoD, then the aura icon shouldn't trigger on those units/buildings.
This can be reproduced by increasing the aura range of Antiochus the Righteous to 200, and leading him to an enemy building (his vision range is 100).
There are certain things to watch out for:
- When coming closer, the target can pop into view, and should then display the icon automatically
- It's possible that the owner of the target already sees the hero (before the hero sees the target), in that case, the icon should pop up for the player seeing both the hero and the target, but not for the other.
This may be best fixed in the OverlayRenderer to avoid making the JS StatusBars component very heavy.
