Reregister lobbied game after disconnect

Due to various reasons (for example loading a huge map, router disconnect) the lobby client can become disconnected while the server is still running.
It shouldn't be hard to just send a new register stanza of the running game to fix this.

When loosing the connection to the XMPP during a rated game, even when reconnecting again afterwards, doesn't result in a game report for the rated game being sent to EcheLOn and therefore the game not getting rated.
This issue will become even more relevant once we want to enable rated games for more than 2 players, as the likelihood that at least one of them looses the connection during the game increases.
fatherbushido got lobby disconnects without actually losing the internet connection for some reason and reported that this is relevant to rated games in particular.
