Cavalry promotion animations missing

When a cavalry promotes (test with Alt+D and clicking on promote, or opening the actor viewer in atlas), we can see that the cheering animation is not played anymore.
Champion elephants, siege engines, traders and women also don't have an animation, but I guess they didn't have one in previous releases either.
