I don't think we really need to change the code.

If there are more than 2 relics, it's unlikely that one team can get a hold of all of them before defeating the enemy.

If there are more than 2, the likelihood of them being grouped all in one place becomes really small. If there are only two, it should still be random rather than being placed predictably.
