Enable red fox and arctic fox — at Initial Version

Description

Foxes are currently not available as templates. The Migration scenario is the only default map that currently uses them, with a red fox as actor, not entity.

Templates for both foxes are now available. They include (admittedly hideous) icons, whose XCF source files are attached in case someone wishes to improve them.
