Reset doesn't work for graphics options checkboxes

Description
The reset button doesn't reset any of the graphics option checkboxes. Before Phab:D89 waterUgly was reset correctly.
To reproduce: start 0ad, option window -> press reset,save -> change a graphics option checkbox -> save -> quit 0ad -> start 0ad, option window -> press reset: the changed option will not be reset.
