Description
Linux version (Arch Linux). Unable to click on top right icons. Menu ok but not able in diplomacy, etz icons.

Yes, it have hover and tooltip.
And in some circumstances, if I open the right menu and click some option then, when I close it, the icons will catch the click (but I don't remember what option is because is not always the same and this happen only a few times).
I am software developer, if you need something more technical and I can do it don't hesitate to ask it.

Which version of 0 A.D. do you use?
Also you could replace toggleDiplomacy(); by warn('It works!'); in binaries/data/mods/public/gui/session/top_panel/button_diplomacy.xml, to test that's the problem with buttons or with handlers.

Version 19921P I don't have data/mods/etz... Must I install the sources? I use the community/0ad a22-1 package from Arch Linux repositories.

If you're still there, does this problem persist?
Do you have hover effect? Does a button change the background color, when the cursor is over it?
Also which mode do you use? Fullscreen or windowed?
