- When does the crash occur?
- "Insufficient access rights to open file" sounds like it could be a directory permission problem, test whether the cache and config directory are readable and writeable to 0AD (wiki:GameDataPaths) or try running the game as an administrator
- Try disabling GLSL (we got some issue with that #4734)
