Add missing default structures

For most buildings there is a default_ building (a skirmish building that will be replaced to a civ on game load). However for some buildings this is missing, and thus should be added. Examples of other skirmish buildings are in simulation/templates/skirmish/structures/ and that is the place to add the template.

Some buildings that miss the default template: the colonies, palisades, (siege) workshop and stables (elephant and cavalry) are missing and perhaps there are even more...

These structures are not available for a civs, so one might need to adapt the civs Json's.

Rearrange tower templates

Rename tower techs to tower_{tech}
Remove duplication in tower templates
Create tower parent, with sentry, stone and outpost as childs
Move all outpost as child of tower
Add a sentry tower default building

Add skirmish templates for range, stable, wonder and workshop
While at it clean some obstruction and footprint sizes in stables and workshops
Add a specific name for some workshops
