I think there should be some more options in the lobby available. For quick either quick looking into and/or changing.
Button for options (pushed gui) directly showing lobby options tab
Button for showing last summary to again having quick look after game and can discuss statistics in chat.
Button for all replays so to quick gain access to replays. maybe now if starting replay showing person not disconnected from lobby but as busy. as he can later with the lobby dialog overlay gui also from replay looking and talking into lobby while watching replay.

Also possible to have a button for Civilizations to show structure tree (pushed gui) dialogged. to lookup something from civ without leaving the lobby.
always bad seeing someone leaving only because he want to look something in the mainmenu or options changing outside the lobby. (while actualy he can stay connected and just lookup.)
