Pause renderer on unfocus
As discussed with the community players (temple, ..) option for pausing renderer when unfocus window can be good. As cpu usage heavy drops when renderer pause. Function already in game. Needs to be bind to unfocus event. Little change.
Can be good used for ai testing purposes, or when very fast game speed 2x or replay game speed 20x or when hosting as observer.
Code is finished and ready to commit.
