Changing default sort order to buddy in lobby and make more columns sorting possible

Sort order for player and gamelist in lobby should be buddy then presence and then name.


Ther for we need new code making sort with more columns possible.


Also making sorting possible according to language setted. As different language have different alphabets and chars.


Also the sorting and ordering should be saved to user config for next multiplayer lobby opening.


This code does it.
