[ATLAS] Actor viewer slow loading

Description

Since the warning fix, now that atlas loads a lot of stuff at the opening of the actor viewer, it sometimes takes more than 5 seconds to load, which is annoying. This is also a regression.

A performance regression (but not necessarily a code quality regression)

I can confirm that the actor viewer in a23 consumes 5 seconds to load and 2 seconds in a22 on my machine.
