Description
When in full-screen mode the game graphics vibrate or shake, making it unplayable. This is not a problem in windowed mode, but then using the mouse to change your view of the map (viewing up and down the map) does not work.

What exactly do you mean with vibrate or shake? A sudden change and revert on the camera position?
When exactly does this happen? Only when scrolling the map using the mousecursor?
What is your graphics card?
It is possibly a problem with your specific graphics card + driver combination.
