Description
Hi, whenever I play as Carthagenians in Belgian Bog, the ships won't release from the cue. A ship's production countdown will reach 1 second and then freeze.

Please provide the requested replay. (Though the answer still probably is that there is not enough space to unload the ship, also noticable by the blinking population icon at the top.)
