Game Crash on Startup and Lagging in MP

So i have this problem when i launch the game there pop some crashes up. Anyway i can start playing. When i'm in MP-matches at some point the game starts lagging hardcore. if i minimize the game i can hear by the sound that everything is running at normal speed again. ( even for my friends it started lagging and by me tabbing out it stopped)

Hello, the first bug is fixed, If you do not wish to see the error you can replace the contents of

%localappdata%\0 A.D. alpha\binaries\system 

by those in the following ​zip file.

For the extreme lag, it's an issue with AMD, we are working with them to try to fix it.

The crashlog you provided tells me you might want to try disabling GLSL.
