Add long-term effect to blacksmith.

Description
Currently a blacksmith is really useless in extremely long (casual) games. What I mean is the following. Nigh all structures have something that makes them usefull in dragging games, e.g. a fortress is defensive, a wonder heals and gives some bonus etc. A blacksmith, however, becomes useless when all the research has been done. One can garrison one entity, but it won't heal. It just sits there and does nothing.
I think it would be nice to give some lategame effect to blacksmiths.
As a building that nearly suffers the same fate, one can bring up the library, it only speeds up research, but when all that is done it is nigh useless. The difference is, however, that one can garrison and heal a whopping five entities.
E.g. a reduction to training costs.
