Move cmpGuard to cmpGuardable.

Description

Right now cmpGuard sounds like it enables a entity to guard whilst that check is actually done in UnitAI and the file present actually defines whether an entity can be guarded. It would be clearer if the current Guard.js would be renamed to Guardable.js and perhaps even a new Guard.js could be created to define whether an entity can guard.
