Generalise carrying stuff into cmpInventory.

Description

Currently there is some duplication for carrying stuff, e.g. resource gatherer, trader, that can be generalised into a cmpInventory. Perhaps even ResourceSupply can take advantage of that. (Perhaps even the resource stockpiles of a player?)
