Formation field is not displayed when soldiers are in a ram.

Description

A formation cannot be set if a ram contains a soldier, as the formation field indicates the soldiers that are in the ram. See the image below for more clarity.

In 0ad/binaries/data/mods/public/gui/session/selection_panels.js add conflictsWith and change order in which they are processed if needed

That would mean not showing the garrisoned entities, I'm not sure what would be favoured. (I know what I would favour though. ;) )

Ah, yes. I also forgot we show formations if one entity is selected.
