Remove references of dropped OpenGL 1.1 Fixed Function Pipeline Renderer

r25717 / #5791 removed OpenGL 1.1 Fixed Function Pipeline Renderer.

However there are still some references around.

Specifically, hwdetect.js and default.cfg should drop any reference of the dropped fixed renderer.

Probably remove renderpath altogether from default.cfg, as there is only 1 renderer left.

Currently the FFP code in hwdetect.js is required. Because we need to show a readable message for users with FFP.
