Help improving GUI to show which structures are needed to proceed to next phase

This was started because if this: https://wildfiregames.com/forum/topic/54920-couldnt-find-building-missing-to-get-p3/
Whereas the tooltips say e.g.:
Requires five Village Structures. Remaining: 5 entities of class Village
(similarly to progress to phase III)
It is not immediately clear which are these structures (without going to the techtree or knowing by heart).
Maybe we can provide this information in form of little icons for the missing structures in the tooltip or in another (empty) space?
Since this is my first ticket, please accept my apologies if I have not filled in everything correctly. Please feel free to amend and also to decline this proposal if you think it's not worth the effort. I'm willing to contribute to coding, though. And will then ask you many questions, if you don't mind. ;-)

I like this proposal (to separate phases I, II, and III by gaps) very much. Thanks for sharing this idea! :)
Could this be done dynamically? I.e., if the definitions which buildings/structures are needed to progress to phase II and III change, this should (ideally) automatically re-group the icons. Do you agree?
Where can I find what is needed to progress to the next phase?

Yes, e.g.:
- House, Classes: Civic, Village, House
- Storehouse, Classes: Economic, Village, Storehouse
The CC tooltip says for phase II:
Requires five Village Structures. Remaining: 5 entities of class Village
It is not immediately obvious which structures are needed for phase II without hovering over each structure icon and reading its classes. Therefore, some visual differentiation could be of added value, I guess. What do you think?
