Issue (1)

• start a game with the default game settings
• Select the CC and research something
• press hotkey to enable FPS overlay

Issue (2)

• enable FPS, close 0 A.D. (you only need to close the 0 A.D. app when you enabled the FPS while being in a session, if you do it from the Main Menu you may not close the app.

Issue (1) is not reproducible on A25b.
Issue (2) is reproducible to a certain extent, but as soon as you trigger an additional hotkey (e.g. elapsed time) the tech icon moves below the data Counter. This is currently not the case while testing it on the latest GIT version [26735].
