Units in formation should have one stance?

Generalize stances of formation members to a single formation stance. I am not sure this is needed right now because formations themselves are more batallion-ish than I remember.

If you combine entities into a formation, we may want to give the whole formation one stance. But maybe not.

I agree, but as the ticket mentions that seems only like a minor thing now, as you can now one-click select them all and set stance. So the only thing would be to also set it on creation.
