Description
Supposedly diacritics are a natural part of spelling, yet use of them is highly inconsistent; they're just used in the structure tree and with relics. In all other places they're not used: Diplomacy screen, Summary, player selection (replays)...
Make use of diacritics and spelling (Antiochius, Kurush...) consistent.
