Bartering can be too efficient.

Description
It was reported a few times, that with larger amounts of resources, bartering can be highly efficient. Example: 5k food and wood can result in 15k food and 1690 wood.
Whilst this "gambling" is the point of bartering, these numbers sound too high. We might need to investigate some mitigations:
- Change the parameters of bartering.
- Change the fundamentals of bartering (having an actual goods-market).
I'm a proponent of the latter. E.g. the matchsettings can define the starting values of the market and its change over time.

Some more testing reveals that it is not that much of a problem. One cannot barter to and fro and create unlimited resources. (At least according to the stuff I tried.)

15 000 resources sounds like it could shift the issue of a 1v1 or a team match. Imagine all almost defeated players doing that to give it to the next?

Do notice that from 10k you go to 16k resources and this is only possible once, thereafter you'll need to wait until the prices normalise (takes a long time with these numbers). So you have to reserve 10k resources and use that to gain 6k. This plan also fails if other people have bartered (before or in the meantime).
Minimal replay.
