I agree that it looks odd when the victory condition only takes one line. The concern I have with the proposed solution is that it diverges from the replay-dialog.
Mh, I think it's a different situation because the boundaries of the boxes are shown there, so you see it's text vertically centered with respect to those boundaries, but text "centered" with respect to an invisible/unknown reference just looks like text in an arbitrary place.

You could make the boundaries visible for the save game dialog.
You don't have to invent a new solution for the save game dialog while there is already a solution used in the replay dialog.
