Gap between my cursor and the selected elements

Hello,

The screens elements are reacting as if my cursor was lower than its actual position.

If i try to click on a button, nothing happens, but if i move the cursor a little bit higher, the button reacts as if the cursor was on it.

The cursor is on the button. Nothing happens when i click

I'm moving my cursor a little bit higher, the buttons reacts and works as expected if i click.

Might this be a duplicate of #2851? Are you using OS X?
