Why not to 1.0.x? (Which is a newer version)
Also okay...the 0.12.x is LTS (Long Term Support)

Our Trac wasn't upgraded directly after 1.0.1 was released, it was only a couple of months ago.

I suggest to eventually open a new ticket for this, there is no point in reopening old tickets modifying its content... Also note that all these tickets "upgrade from apache 2.2.x to 2.2.y" are not very useful, especially considering that the Linux distribution fixes the security problem backporting the fix to current version, so it may be that the version reported is not the latest upstream, but it's indeed the latest of the distribution... it's just a lot of noise on trac.

Philip is moving all this stuff to a new server. Hopefully it'll have newer packages for Trac. If so, then he might be able to upgrade it. But it's not a alpha 7 ticket. Please don't set milestones to what you think they should be.
