    33 * Pressing this UI button of the Civ Centre puts the units in its province (or surrounding area, if playing a game mode where the map isn't split into provinces) into "red alert": units automatically garrison in nearby buildings, with priority on  gatherers that cannot defend themselves (female citizens), and military units going for buildings that allow them to attack from the battlements (like towers).
