    11I modified some syntax as mimo suggested me.
    22FFollowing advices given by Sanderd17, it's better to not use Cost.js in Foundation.js because `ApplyValueModificationsToEntity@ValueModification.js` doesn't work as expected with aura.
    3 If ever someone want to use an hero aura with local aura which reduce ressource cost of structure, it will introduce some exploit (see  :[http://irclogs.wildfiregames.com/2016-02-11-QuakeNet-%230ad-dev.log /irclogs]).
