Detect incorrectly-transparent actors

Description

As fixed in r4889, some actors use the transparent material when their texture doesn't actually have any transparency, which is bad for performance and quality. In some cases, this could be detected automatically (by checking all the referenced textures for any non-solid pixels) - it would be nice if the actor editor gave warnings automatically, and if we could run the test on all existing actors.
